To continue to expand our reach and help students in Morocco and The United States learn about each other's culture, AMIE is proud to announce 2010 Photo Contest. This year's Theme is "Through the lense: My Country, My Culture". Students from Chefchaouen, Morocco and Issaquah, Washington USA (ages 12-18) are invited to create and submit photos that reflect their country's culture, people and places.

Why photography? Art is a powerful tool that can often improve understanding and relationships between people.

The photographs will be exhibited online and in both cities. The project is sponsored by American Moroccan International Exchange (AMIE) in partnership with the City of Issaquah and the City of Chefchaouen.
